Mini Review: Three Little Words by Susan Mallery

Three Little Words (Fool's Gold #12)Author: Susan Mallery
Publisher: Harlequin HQN
Number of Pages: 332

Here's the synopsis:
"Can first love turn into the real deal in a sizzling new Fool's Gold story from New York Times bestselling author Susan Mallery? Isabel Carlisle thinks she's cursed in the romance department. Her teenage crush, Ford Hendrix, ignored all her letters. Her husband left her for another...man. So Isabel has come home to dust off her passion for fashion and run the family bridal shop until her parents are ready to sell it. Then she'll pursue her real dreams. At least, that's the plan, until sexy, charming Ford returns and leaves her feeling fourteen all over again....
Seeing Isabel all grown up hits bodyguard trainer Ford like a sucker punch. Back when heartbreak made him join the military, her sweet letters kept him sane. Now he can't take his eyes-or his lips-off her. The man who gave up on love has a reason to stay in Fool's Gold forever-if three little words can convince Isabel to do the same...."

Susan Mallery definitely did it again. She created another amazing story that I just adore. I loved reading about Isabel and Ford's story along with Kent's and Consuelo's story. They both make the most adorable little stories ever.

Isabel is a great character with great fashion sense and she so freaking caring. I want to become her friend in a way, well I definitely would want to be her friend if she were real.

My favorite part of this book would have to be Consuelo and Kent's story. I kept waiting for the moment for the story to switch back to them. Their story was so adorable and heart-warming, I just fell in love. While I did enjoy Ford's and Isabel's story it didn't has giddy has Kent and Consuelo. There was something about how Consuelo was trying to find love and Kent's heart was still healing that made me just want to read a whole book about their relationship. I wish they did have their own book! I would have loved to learn more about them both along with more about his boy.

The ending of this book was just amazing. It kind of stomped all over my heart at first but then it got better and I felt so darn happy! I wanted to hit Ford and knock some sense into him, but well...he's not real! It kind of sucks.

Overall this book was amazing and I loved diving into the world of Fool's Gold once again. It's always great to here about the characters that you've already read about and grown to love. I love you and your book's Susan Mallery!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars!!
